Invite me is an online based website that simplifies the invitation event journey, simply by creating your event within minutes, sending within seconds and receiving instantly!

Anyone can use Invite Me whether you’re an individual or corporate company
3. As a Host (event planner), what do I have access too?
A dashboard that provides guest tracking tool, easiness to import contacts, create, upload and send digital invitation cards in a matter of minutes embedded with google map location and much more.
4. What is the difference between a host (event planner) and supporter?
A host is someone that is holding the event, whereas the supporter is one that assists the host.
5. Is it mandatory for a host (event planner) to have a supporter?
No, only in the case where the QR Code scanning is required at door entry.
6. What channels can I use to send my digital invitation cards?
You have the option to send through Email and SMS now and in the future we will extend to more social apps gateways.
7. What are the types of packages offered?
There are 3 packages. Standard, Plus and Premium
8. What happens if guests do not RSVP to the invitations?
The host (event planner) can resend a reminder.
9. As a host (event planner) am I able to see who has responded to my invitation request?
Yes, you will have your own personal dashboard that allows you to view and track your guest list.
10. How many guests can enter per QR code?
Up to 5 plus guests can enter with each guest and host has to decide how many for each specific guest.
11. Will the date of the event be automatically added to the guest’s smart phone device calendar?
Yes, the guest can choose to save the event date to their calendar.
12. Will guests still be able to enter if they have not responded to the invitation request?
Yes, but not recommended.
13. Can guests still attend if they have rejected the invitation?
The event supporter can always call the host with one button to take approval.
14. Can I use my own invitation cards design or do I have to use the available ones on the website?
using our premimum package you can upload your own invitation design.
15. Am I able to track the number of invitations accepted?

Yes, however in the case you don’t have a supporter, please contact email@example.com
17. How does the supporter scan the QR code at door entry?
The supporter should login to Invite Me to access the event using the access provided by us.

Yes, you can still use your uploaded contacts.
21. Am I able to edit and amend my invitation card?
Yes, you will have the chance to review the invitation card before sending.
